They are removed from the heat before fully dried, so they stay juicier, while keeping that distinctly intense sweet-tartness. Marinated in the finest oil, the dried tomatoes are seasoned with traditional herbs from an Apulian recipe that has been handed down by generations. To make sure the rich, ripe flavours are all sealed in, these are packed within 24 hours of harvest. Straight from the jar, sun-dried tomatoes will brighten up any antipasti platter, or add a welcome zing to salads.
