At Planet Organic, we strive for 100% satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the perishable nature of our organic groceries, returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery for fresh items or 14 days for shelf-stable products.

Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect organic goods to initiate your request.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions for your items.
Package Your Items
Securely pack non-perishable items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return or verify your claim, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
